Grasshopper’s Returns Policy – Buy with Confidence from Grasshopper
Grasshopper’s Returns Policy offers a ‘No Quibbles’ guarantee. This enables you to purchase items from us in confidence. We take pride in our products and try to ensure every item arrives in perfect condition. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please email email@example.com. within 14 days of receipt of goods, of any complaint. We will always attempt to rectify the situation.
Generally we can only accept a return if faulty or damaged. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange. We cannot refund postage costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required.
Grasshopper’s Returns Policy requires for an item to be eligible it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Furthermore, it should be in the original packaging. Grasshopper’s Returns Policy excludes perishable and personalised goods. Moreover we ask that you complete a returns form. You can obtain the form by following the link below:

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified that we have received your item. Likewise we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
Please expect a refund within 21 days. However, there can be a delay in processing your refund. Subsequently please check your bank account or contact your credit card company prior to contacting Grasshopper. If you’ve taken these steps and not received a refund, please contact us.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org,uk.
Personalised items unfortunately are not covered by this guarantee. Unfortunately we can not exchange or refund for personalised items unless they are damaged or faulty.
